Domestic Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.
For most Ground orders there is a shipping time of 14 business days.
For Express orders there is a processing time of 1 week.
Orders must be placed before 1 PM Eastern Time to include that day in processing time.
Standard Ground order times are NOT guaranteed. These shipping times are approximate estimates. If an item is needed by a specific date it must be shipped via an Express method. Saturday is Not a guaranteed delivery day. International, P.O. Box, and APO orders have an additional processing time of approx. 5-10 business days when shoes or boots are included. Shipping rates are calculated in shopping cart by live rates based on weight of package and destination. Most apparel ships from Philadelphia. We reserve the right to choose the best method for shipping. Most footwear is shipped from California.
All international orders for shoes will have an additional processing time of approx. 2-3 weeks.

FedEx Priority (approx. 1-3 business days once shipped)
USPS Express (approx. 3-6 business days once shipped)
USPS Standard (approx. 6-12 Business days once shipped)
USPS Priority (approx. 6-12 business days once shipped)
USPS First Class (approx. 6-12 business days once shipped)
These are estimated time frames and are not guaranteed. There are no guaranteed transit times for international orders.
Only FedEx Priority, USPS Express, and USPS Priority have tracking numbers.
USPS First Class only issues a customs number not a tracking number.
Customs can cause a delay in shipping.
Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these additional charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary by country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
We only carry top quality merchandise from the world's leading manufacturers of Stiletto Shoe products. Occasionally we receive a product that does not meet our standards and may not be aware of it until it has been purchased by a consumer. We will do everything in our power to fulfill your order with a quality product, short of substitutions.
If you return a product that is not defective, it will be refused. If we are forced to accept your return of a non-defective product, a 20% restocking fee will be imposed.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED - RETURN TO SENDER. If you refuse to accept the same product in exchange for a defective product, a 20% restocking fee will be imposed. If we cannot provide you with the same product in exchange for a defective product, we will issue you a store credit and you may choose another item or receive a full refund.
